\u672c\u6821\u6301\u7e8c\u6df1\u8015\u300c\u5927\u5b78\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\uff08University Social Responsibility, USR\uff09\u300d\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u65bc 114 \u5e74 9 \u6708 18 \u65e5\uff08\u56db\uff09\u8209\u8fa6\u300c\u7b2c\u56db\u671fUSR\u8de8\u6821\u4ea4\u6d41\u53c3\u8a2a\u6d3b\u52d5\u300d\uff0c\u7531\u738b\u4e16\u548c\u526f\u6821\u9577\u7387\u9818USR\u5718\u968a\u524d\u5f80\u4e2d\u539f\u5927\u5b78\u9032\u884c\u6df1\u5ea6\u53c3\u8a2a\u8207\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u8de8\u6821\u4ea4\u6d41\u8207\u5834\u57df\u89c0\u6469\uff0c\u96d9\u65b9\u91dd\u5c0d\u5728\u5730\u93c8\u7d50\u3001\u6587\u5316\u6c38\u7e8c\u3001\u8de8\u57df\u6574\u5408\u8207\u5b78\u751f\u53c3\u8207\u7b49\u8b70\u984c\u9032\u884c\u5c0d\u8a71\uff0c\u671f\u76fc\u85c9\u7531\u7d93\u9a57\u5206\u4eab\uff0c\u958b\u5275\u66f4\u591aUSR\u7684\u65b0\u5951\u6a5f\uff0c\u6df1\u5316\u8a08\u756b\u6548\u76ca\u53ca\u4fc3\u9032\u8de8\u6821\u5408\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6d3b\u52d5\u7576\u65e5\u4e0a\u5348\u81ea\u5916\u96d9\u6eaa\u6821\u5340\u51fa\u767c\uff0c\u9996\u7ad9\u62b5\u9054\u6843\u5712\u9704\u88e1\u5927\u6c60\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u539f\u5927\u5b78\u300c\u6d41\u52d5\u8207\u93c8\u7d50\u7684\u518d\u767c\u5c55\uff1a\u6843\u5712\u57e4\u5733\u6c34\u6587\u5316\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5171\u751f\u767c\u5c55\u8207\u570b\u969b\u5408\u4f5c\u300d\u8a08\u756b\u5171\u540c\u4e3b\u6301\u4eba\u9673\u5176\u6f8e\u6559\u6388USR\u5718\u968a\u5c0e\u89bd\u4e0b\uff0c\u5f9e\u9704\u88e1\u5927\u6c60\u958b\u59cb\u4ecb\u7d39\u6843\u5712\u57e4\u5733\u6587\u5316\u7684\u8f49\u8b8a\u8207\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u8d77\u6e90\u3002\u96a8\u5f8c\uff0c\u5169\u6821\u5718\u968a\u524d\u5f80\u516b\u5fb7\u5340\u77f3\u6bcd\u5a18\u5a18\u5edf\u53c3\u89c0\u300c\u6d63\u8863\u6c60\u300d\u5834\u57df\uff0c\u4e26\u4ecb\u7d39\u7576\u5730\u7684\u78ca\u77f3\u6587\u5316\u53ca\u6d63\u8863\u6587\u5316\uff0c\u5c55\u73fe\u8c50\u5bcc\u300c\u4e00\u57e4\u5858\u4e00\u5b78\u6821\u4e00\u793e\u5340\u300d\u7684\u6559\u5b78\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8b1b\u8ff0\u4fe1\u4ef0\u3001\u6b77\u53f2\u8207\u793e\u5340\u751f\u6d3b\u4e4b\u7dca\u5bc6\u7d50\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e0b\u5348\u884c\u7a0b\u5247\u79fb\u81f3\u4e2d\u539f\u5927\u5b78\u6d3b\u52d5\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5168\u7403\u4ea4\u8abc\u5ef3\uff0c\u9032\u884cUSR\u7d93\u9a57\u5206\u4eab\u4ea4\u6d41\u6703\u3002\u7531\u4e2d\u539f\u5927\u5b78\u526f\u6821\u9577\u5433\u5b97\u9060\u8207\u6c38\u7e8c\u9577\u738b\u7389\u7d14\u4ee3\u8868\u81f4\u6b61\u8fce\u8a5e\uff1b\u672c\u6821\u738b\u4e16\u548c\u526f\u6821\u9577\u81f4\u611f\u8b1d\u8a5e\uff0c\u96d9\u65b9\u4ea4\u63db\u7d00\u5ff5\u79ae\u7269\u4e26\u62cd\u651d\u5927\u5408\u7167\u3002\u63a5\u7e8c\u7531\u4e2d\u539f\u5927\u5b78\u9673\u5176\u6f8e\u6559\u6388\u3001\u672c\u6821\u80e1\u51f1\u5091\u7814\u767c\u9577\u5206\u5225\u7c21\u5831USR\u8a08\u756b\u57f7\u884c\u6982\u6cc1\uff0c\u5169\u6821USR\u8a08\u756b\u5718\u968a\u4e5f\u7a4d\u6975\u9032\u884c\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u85c9\u6b64\u6a5f\u6703\u6c72\u53d6\u7d93\u9a57\u8207\u5efa\u8b70\u3002\u6d3b\u52d5\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e2d\u539f\u5927\u5b78\u6c38\u7e8c\u8655\u6c38\u7e8c\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u5468\u6587\u74ca\u4e3b\u4efb\u5e36\u9818\u672c\u6821\u5718\u968a\u53c3\u89c0USR\u806f\u5c55\uff0c\u4ecb\u7d39\u4e2d\u539f\u5927\u5b78USR\u7684\u8108\u7d61\u3002<\/p>\n
